Perfection – that’s my recipe…

Journey of my hospitality management begun with the diploma in Hotel Management earned from Swiss Lanka Hotel School and the experience obtained from The Beach Hotel, Negambo, Sri Lanka. Meanwhile, I was able to complete the Advanced Diploma in Food & Beverages, conducted by City & Guilds Institute in UK. All these were well armed with the experience gathered by working for the hotel and restaurant industry at Sentosa Island in Singapore while I was studying for the Advanced Diploma in Hotel management at Bristol Business School. I truly believe that it made me so confident to get into any area in food and beverage as well as hotel management.
I was really fortunate to come to the United States for my higher education and there I successfully completed my Degree in Food and Restaurant Management. I was also privileged to work for Hilton and Marriot corporations – the world giants in Hotel and Restaurant Industry.
