At Spicy Zest, we take you on an exquisite culinary journey to the heart of Sri Lanka, right here in Farmers Branch, Texas. As the Founder and CEO of Spicy Zest, Nimidu Senaratne, I am thrilled to share the vibrant and rich tapestry of Sri Lankan cuisine with our diverse and discerning clientele.
My passion for the culinary arts ignited during my formative years, and it was fueled by a diploma in Hotel Management from Swiss Lanka Hotel School. My journey led me to the prestigious Beach Hotel in Negombo, Sri Lanka, where I honed my skills while completing an Advanced Diploma in Food & Beverages accredited by the City & Guilds Institute in the UK. The culmination of education and experience was further enhanced by my time at Sentosa Island in Singapore, where I immersed myself in hotel management studies at Bristol Business School.
