My passion for the culinary arts ignited during my formative years, and it was fueled by a diploma in Hotel Management from Swiss Lanka Hotel School. My journey led me to the prestigious Beach Hotel in Negombo, Sri Lanka, where I honed my skills while completing an Advanced Diploma in Food & Beverages accredited by the City & Guilds Institute in the UK. The culmination of education and experience was further enhanced by my time at Sentosa Island in Singapore, where I immersed myself in hotel management studies at Bristol Business School.
